3.Delivery, Damaged or defective items
All shipments are delivered without a signature requirement. If an order is to be shipped with a signature requirement, please request this in the 'Customer Notes' text area of the final billing page. Be advised: If a package is delivered without a signature, once the package is left at it's final destination as per your order, Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. and the shipping company are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Under no circumstance customers are to except broken or damaged packages. Item(s) left at door will be considered an acceptance of package in good condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product.
